DOCTOR HELP CENTRE
Using MyDoctorsRx is simple
Follow this guide from account registration to completing, printing and securely saving a prescription.
Use the WhatsApp button at the bottom-right of the screen for support.
Register your doctor account
Open registration
Select Register or Create doctor account on the home page.
Enter your professional information
Select your prefix and enter your registered name without repeating “Dr.” Add your BMDC number, email, mobile number, degrees, designation, workplace and password.
Submit your account
Check the information carefully. Your registered name, BMDC number and mobile number identify your account.
Verify your email address
Open the verification email
MyDoctorsRx sends a verification message to the email address used during registration. Check the Inbox and Spam/Junk folders.
Select Verify email
The verification link confirms your email and takes you to the doctor login page. If the message does not arrive, use Send verification email again.
Choose and activate a subscription
Choose a plan
After email verification, log in and choose the plan, monthly or yearly billing, and the number of months when monthly billing is selected.
Use a coupon when available
Enter the coupon code before selecting Subscribe. A valid code appears in green and its discount is included. An invalid or ineligible code appears in red and cannot be submitted.
Confirm the subscription
Review the plan, period, fees, discount and final payable amount in the confirmation window. Select Confirm subscription only when the details are correct.
Make the manual payment
Use the displayed bKash or bank details. Include the automatically generated payment reference, then send the receipt or screenshot with that reference to the displayed WhatsApp number.
Wait for activation
The administrator checks the payment and activates the selected plan, normally within 24 hours. You receive an activation email showing the plan and validity. The account becomes unavailable automatically after expiry.
Log in securely
Open Doctor login
Enter your registered mobile number or email address and password.
Check account validity
A verified doctor with an active plan enters the workspace. An inactive or expired account opens Account Validity so the doctor can subscribe, renew or change plan.
Add a patient and start a visit
Add or find the patient
Select Add for a new patient and enter the name, mobile number, date of birth and sex. For an existing patient, search by name or mobile number.
Open Today’s visit
Open the patient and start today’s visit. Previous visits remain organized by date and time for reference.
Review previous information
Use the visit selector to open earlier history, reports or prescriptions without closing the current prescription. Previous prescriptions remain editable and printable.
Write the prescription
History and findings
Write the patient’s current history and findings, or use Speak with the required recorder language selected.
Copy previous items when needed
Open Copy previous Rx, select Medicines, Tests or both, and confirm. The selected items are appended without creating duplicates and can be changed before generating.
Add medicines
Search by brand, generic or company name. Select a medicine, then set dose, timing, relation to food and duration. Use the appropriate instruction for tablets, syrup, suspension, insulin, injection, ointment, drops or puffs.
Add tests and reports
Select investigations from the Tests tab. Upload report images or PDFs for future reference and manually write important findings in the report summary box.
Add advice
Search or type the required advice. Before printing, choose English or বাংলা for supported medicine instructions and advice.
Generate the preview
Select Generate prescription to open the preview. Generating only creates the preview—it does not save the visit. Use Edit to return and make changes.
Print, share and save correctly
Choose the paper format
Select Blank paper to print the complete prescription, or Preprinted pad to print only the required prescription body.
Print or share
Use Print, Email or Share from the preview. These actions do not replace the final save.
Select Done
Done saves the completed prescription and visit. After successful saving, the prescription closes and returns to the previous patient screen.
Record the consultation fee
If earnings tracking is enabled, the consultation-fee window appears after the prescription is saved. Enter the received amount and select OK. Close the window to skip it; a missing amount can be entered later from the dashboard.
Use the doctor dashboard
Open your doctor menu
Select the doctor initials at the top. The menu provides My Profile, Account Validity, Dashboard/Reports and Logout. Select anywhere outside the menu to close it.
Maintain your profile
Update your display prefix/name, degrees, designation, workplace and prescription preferences. The protected BMDC number and registered mobile number cannot be changed here.
Enable earnings tracking
In My Profile, turn on the earnings or consultation-fee option and save. Only the doctor can view this private earnings information—not administrators.
Review practice activity
The dashboard shows patient and prescription activity by date, week, month or year, patient short details, plan status and usage limits. When enabled, it also shows private earnings and allows a missing consultation amount to be added.
Manage your plan
Account Validity shows the current plan, expiry date and usage. From there, renew, upgrade or change the plan and follow the displayed payment process.
Important reminders
Confirm patient details and prescription contents before printing or sharing.
Uploaded reports remain linked to the patient visit; write the important findings manually.
Use Done to save—the preview, Print, Email and Share buttons do not complete the visit.
